Payment Structure and Refund Policy

Renewing Hope Ranch’s Workshop vary in cost for professionals for students. We accept payment through check, credit, or Venmo.. There is a deposit to hold your spot of $50 and payment is due in full 7 days prior to the event.

Checks can be sent to Renewing Hope Ranch at 6933 Starlight Dr. Morrison, CO 80465 7 days prior to the event.

Credit cards are done via IvyPay. Renewing Hope Ranch will send a link for you to put your card on file for the deposit of $50 and 7 days prior to the event your card will be charged the remaining amount for professionals and $25 for students.

Refund Policy

Renewing Hope Ranch is committed to providing high-quality continuing education programs. We understand that scheduling conflicts and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all participants.

Cancellation by Participant

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email or postal mail) to Renewing Hope Ranch at least 3 days prior to the scheduled start of the program to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of $6-12 (depending on workshop cost), if applicable.
  • Requests received less than 2 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future program, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Renewing Hope Ranch.
  • Requests received less than 24 hours prior to the program start date are not eligible for refund but can use it as a credit toward a future program, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Renewing Hope Ranch.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received on or after the program start date.

Cancellation by Provider

  • If Renewing Hope Ranch cancels a program for any reason (e.g., low enrollment, instructor emergency, inclement weather), participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future offering of the program.

Transfer or Substitution

  • Participants may request to transfer their registration to another scheduled program or substitute another attendee, with prior written notice and approval from Renewing Hope Ranch.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.
