These terms apply to your use of renewinghoperanch.org, operated by Renewing Hope Ranch, a 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit in Morrison, Colorado (EIN 82-3407636). By using the site or giving through it, you agree to these terms.
Donations
- Donations are made to Renewing Hope Ranch, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless we tell you otherwise in your receipt.
- We use donations to care for the herd and run our programs. Where you choose a purpose, such as sponsoring a horse or feeding the herd, we honour it wherever possible. If a need is already met, we may use your gift where it is needed most.
- Sponsoring a horse supports that horse’s care. It does not give ownership of, or rights to, the horse.
- Monthly gifts are charged each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges.
- If you made a donation in error, contact us promptly. We review refund requests case by case.
Programs, ranch days and workshops
- Participation in programs and ranch days may require a separate registration form, liability waiver and consent. Those documents govern your participation.
- Being around horses carries inherent risks. Please follow staff instructions at all times.
- Workshop fees, deposits, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Payment Policy. Concerns about continuing education programs follow our Complaint Policy.

Using the site
- Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or submit false or harmful information.

- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it will always be complete, current or free of errors.
